With the time change looming, this week marked my last “girl’s evening ride”. The glowing orange sunset viewed from the top of the hill was a nice way to say goodbye.

For this cute little party, we did the Disney thing. Minnie Mouse was a neighbor girl hand-me-down and the fabulous Snow White was made by Grandma for Princess’ fourth birthday and it’s still going strong.

Originally made for Pumpkin’s Preschool Harvest Festival, this game has gotten a lot more use than just that one night.Note to self: Next year, back the face parts in cardstock to make them more sturdy.

A long ago-thrifted Dorthy costume(didn’t have the red ruby shoes, but we thought the rainbow shoes were the next best thing) and a Madeline costume from three Halloweens ago. This time, we didn’t need the red bob wig.
