You aren’t the only one who has a Schnauzer that didn’t look like a Schnauzer. Abbey lives right behind us.

I grew up with two Schnauzers as family pets. It was the same way for us, but it wasn’t because of a lack of love–just laziness I guess or maybe not wanting to pay so much for a dog’s haircut. My mom finally learned to cut their hair herself and then they started looking better more of the time.
