It’s Probably Not PC to Call Something "The Best White Trash Snack"

But I can’t think of any other way to describe my FAVORITE snack — Fried Cheerios.
1. Melt butter in a frypan (about 1 T per cup of cheerios)
2. Add Cheerios and saute until golden brown
3. Add salt to taste.

Don’t knock it ’til you try it.

I’ve also made fried Rice/Corn Chex. Very Tasty.

My kids love this snack, but the reality is I usually make it at night when all the kids are in bed so I can have the whole bowl to myself .

Mama Krit is right though, frying makes everything better.
