NYC Recap: The Hunt

We squeezed in one last activity before catching our flight home after a whirlwind few days in NYC–The Annual Astoria Ward Easter Egg Hunt. When it began six or so years ago, there were just a handful of kids and I don’t think any one of them was over 3 years old. And we always took the same picture of them lined up in a row in front of the small patch of grass on the side of the church. This year, the Egg Hunt was an “Eggstravaganza!” and there were too many kids to even fit in the picture. Nice to see the tradition alive and thriving.
