I was completely inspired by Bernadette Noll and Kathie Sever of Future Craft Collective (via CRAFT. My version, made out of thrifted sheets & fabric scraps and with stitched calendar lines, took some time and patience, but hopefully it will be something we can pull out each summer for years to come.more pics here

mmmmmm….I like. When I envisioned mine it was an 8 x 10 piece of paper with Mr. sketch marker list. Back to the drawing board…

I love that… How do you write on the calendar and have it reusable? Like the numbers and activities?

bylulu – The numbers on the days of the month are not connected to a day of the week, so the calendar is good every year. We write the activities on little white sticker labels so they can be easily removed.

That is just gorgeous …. though it makes me glad we don't live in the US, I'm not sure I could handle THREE MONTHS of summer holiday. 6 weeks is enough!
