This ride with the girls started while the sun was still up, but finished in the pitch dark.I’ve been on night rides before, but they are planned. I bring along headlights and men and stuff.
At least the girls got to hear my loud, singing voice as I made up songs (Will Ferrell style) to ward off imminent mountain lion attacks. 🙂

I keep finding boo boos on my arms and legs, but it was worth it.
I tried not to let it show that I'm scared of the dark.
