		<description>I got this book in January this year with the intent of running a marathon (new year&#039;s resolution).  I ended up running a 5K during the summer - and barely made it over the finish line!  I guess I need to cut out some cupcakes from my diet in order to expect any results.  However, skimming through this book, it looks like the program outlined would work!  good for you! And Good Luck!!! :)</description>

		<description>really enjoy your blog.  looking at your archives, I had a question about the artwork fabric ornaments. do you have the children draw directly on to the fabric with fabric markers or permanent markers OR do they make a regular drawing on paper and somehow you transfer it or trace it on to the fabric? Can&#039;t wait to try this as a new family tradition this year. Thanks for your reply.</description>

		<description>Wow am I so impressed! I am a former competitive swimmer and I miss the water dreadfully. I  miss feeling like an athlete. I miss feeling strong. I too am a  mommy and have kinda let myself go in terms of exercising. Sure, I chase them around constantly...but I know it would feel really great to swim or jog or something like this. I admire you for this! I tried a few weeks ago to go out walking/jogging but when I became sooo sore- I had to use my heating pad and my Topricin pain cream for a good three days after! I sure felt better then, but have not been back out to conquer this again yet! This inspires me though - I know I just need to do it :)</description>
