Princess concocted this fabulous new cookie for our Baking Gals soldier: Rolo candy rolled inside sugar cookie dough then rolled in cinnamon sugar. Baked till gooey.I highly recommend it.

When I first made these butterfly wings, I gathered enough supplies to make “a few more”. Well, I finally “a few more” got made – one for a birthday gift and one for our own dress-up chest.

The day after we signed up to be part of Operation Baking Gals, our assigned soldier’s convoy was attacked in Afghanistan and he was seriously injured. So heartbreaking. This box of goodies will find him stateside and hopefully make his long recovery the tiniest bit easier.
