My mom really outdid herself this year. Not only did she supply fleece blankets and tiny flashlights for every grandkid, a morning full of treats left by mysterious “Brownies” elves and an entertaining box full of old fashioned toys & waterguns, she also broke out a box of washable markers one morning and held a face painting “competition”.
Every kid got to submit their “entry”.
Even some of the adult grandchildren entered the “pro” division. That right there is a cosmetology degree well worth it’s time & money.

Oh my gosh, that’s hilarious! I bet the kids LOVED it! My aunt once let my brother and I each cut the hair on 1/2 her head. never did understand it – THAT wasn’t washable!

Wow! That’s a brave thing for your aunt to do. The kids had so much fun with Grandma that morning. Such a fun idea.
