Making Stuff: Barbra Streisand Baby Gown {concert t-shirt refashion}

I’ve made two of these Barbra Streisand Concert Tee Baby gowns in the past month since I happen to have not one, but two friends who are obsessed with Barbra. Each one of these friends is either pregnant or just had a baby.
