Once I got a sneak peak of what Kelli from True Bias refashioned for me from a pair of trousers, I couldn’t wait to get my new peplum skirt in the mail. 
When I slipped on my new skirt, all I could think was, “I can’t believe she made this out of one pair of trousers!” Kelli did a truly an amazing refashion (check out her tutorial if you want to make a peplum skirt of your own).
And have I mentioned how much I love the color?
