Last week, I taught the “Actvity Day” girls how to make bags out of old t-shirts (with a little added freezer paper stenciling).  It was a wonderfully satisfying, beginner sewing project.

Freezer Paper Mecca

Heaven knows I love me some freezer paper stenciling, but coming up with the images seems to always be a chore. Now that I have been introduced to dafont.com my freezer paper stenciling life has changed. The “dingbats” fonts have perfect stenciling images (and all the amazing free fonts are pretty exciting too).
