Princess participated in her first Renegade Kid’s Duathlon which was held right after the Off-Road Triathlon.
She rocked the 1/2 mile run, 2 mile bike & another 1/2 mile run in her custom Team Sparkle Jr skirt. She couldn’t wait to tell us that she never walked or had to get off her bike even though there were times when she REALLY wanted to.
At seven years old, she was the youngest girl to compete coming in 5th place in the girls divison with a time of 21:25. It was a great experience & now she can’t wait to do her first triathlon sometime in the coming year.
How much do I love that racing is becoming a family affair?

Next year will be my FIRST attempt at a Tri…but only if I can join Team Sparkle…. :O) I think we should get the boys in on some sparkle somethin-er-another? :O) Awesome job!
