Making Stuff: Whirly, Twirly Skirt

Broke out an oldie but goodie tutorial and a thrifted sheet to make a little birthday skirt for a neighbor friend.

I think I bought that piece of elastic off etsy. Someone was selling a lot of old elastic. I love the stripes. Wish it was more widely available. Sometimes you can find fun stuff down in LA or NYC at the jobbers because companies will have it specially made and sell of their excess.
