I’m sure you’re heard this before, but try lots of different types of bottles. There is a bottle that looks just like a breast, and that one seems to work well for picky babies. The trick that my MIL figured out with my daughter was to hold her on her lap, facing out, to take a bottle. It was like she didn’t want to look at the person holding the bottle b/c it was just another reminder that I wasn’t there.
If all else fails, you can try syringe feeding or even feeding straight from a cup. It takes a lot of patience from the person doing the feedings, but it works!
