Given my history, I found this t-shirt graphic hilarious. I’m looking forward to cheering on Todd as he races in his first off-road triathlon a week from tomorrow. Hopefully he fares better than me and the stick man.

Although I won’t be racing another triathlon until next spring, this Mother’s Day gift, “loaded with serious training features” will help me start training more effectively now (or once I figure out all it’s bells and whistles).

Right after the race, the entire family got haircuts at the Paul Mitchell Cut-a-Thon benefiting the Challenged Athletes Foundation.

Well, I needed to replace the one that either got stolen or was taken by a racer at the last triathlon who mistook my nice teal colored helmet for their trashed white helmet.This one matches my tri-outfit better anyway.

I went over the handlebars at mile 5. The one witness told me it was “F***’n AWESOME!”. I guess if you’re going to crash, you might as well make it good one.
