Caprese Salad

by This is Carrie on August 5, 2008

There’s not much better than a Caprese Salad with garden fresh tomatoes and hand-picked basil. Now I just need to figure out how to make my own cheese. 🙂

Okay, I want those plates! Where did you get them? And this post makes me hungry.

That was Beth by the way.

I WANT TO EAT THAT NOW. Homegrown Tomatoes are the best, I could eat them like apples…I think you need a goat.

I can help you with the cheese making thing! It’s good, and fairly easy and there are even ways to make boccocini motz. Email me!

(oh, and those tomatoes look divine)

I think that’s what I’m having for dinner, thanks.

Did I serve you on our Fish’s Eddy NYC plates? We have those and dog plates and hula plates and a few others. We discovered Fish’s Eddy a few years ago and fell in love.

Beth – If you haven’t figured it out already, the plate is from Fishes Eddy. It was a thoughtful going away present from our truly, Kage.

Kage – you know I want a goat. And thanks for the platter. It is my favorite!

kathi- No, you didn’t serve me on Fishes Eddy plates and now I feel jipped. Guess I’ll have to come visit again.
