It’s a New Small World

I was a little worried when I heard Disneyland’s Small World was getting a revamp. When I heard the change included adding well-known Disney characters into the ride, I got really worried.

But I was pleasantly surprised. The new characters were well integrated and true to the original aesthetic, so it became a fun “I Spy” game to find them all.

I was worried too- but the whole fam went through about two weeks ago, and all report back it’s done well. Glad you think so too.

Next time you’re in the Park on a Tue or Wed, stop by the watch shop on Main Street- my uncle Todd is one of the artists there drawing in the window!

I didn’t like the revamp they did to it the time before this–when they changed all of it to English. I loved it when you’d go through the different “countries” and hear “It’s a Small World” in the native languages.
I think I’d like to see the Disney characters as an “I Spy” type of thing.
