Making Stuff: Tie Dye Shirts

Picked up an unopened Tie Dye Kit at a recent “Give & Take” night a while back. Yesterday the girls and I got our hands dirty and gave it a try.  It was my first time using soda ash and really strong dyes and it really put my previous Rit experiences to shame.

Making Stuff: Embellished Bib Tank

Had to make this for Pumpkin sp she had the perfect thing to ear for the journal website photoshoot. Then I changed the styling at the last minute and didn’t even use it. Made from a stained tank (can you guess where the stain is?), a piece of eyelet scrap, and vintage buttons & doily.
