Sometimes there are Pre-Halloween parties that happen before the costumes get finished so we have to come up other options. Thanks to this awesome guest post over at Design Mom, I pulled together something special for Baby Brother right before the Halloween Street Fair.

Most people felt bad for him because they thought he really had a black eye.
