Surrounding the lake, we found a great trail for the kids to practice their mountain biking skills.
Even Baby Brother took his little Strider out for a spin.

Hey Carrie – Have you ever done a post recommending certain types of bikes. Maybe all of yours are mountain bikes though. I am gonna get Tyler a bike for Xmas, just wondering about suggestions. But we’ll just be riding around town.

Thats really something Todd should write. He’s he man when it comes to bike choice. It is probably different based on where and how you guys will ride. Our kids all have nice Specialized bikes because we take them mountain biking. They also have beach cruiser style bikes they like to ride around he neighborhood. For someone as young as Tyler who’s just going to be riding it around he neighborhood, I’m sure anything you find will more than meet his needs.
