Princess is getting good enough on her mountain bike that Todd decided it was time to start taking her on longer, more challenging, Daddy/Daughter rides. On their first 10 mile ride, she came home with an excellent trophy. Luckily, biking trophies like these are valued just as much as the shiny metal ones in our house, so she was ready to take on another 10 miler with her dad the week after.

I love the look on her face, gritty pride. We should put the picture of her and Simon next to each other after his bike crash this week. These kids rock. Oh, and her biking clothes are too awesome. She looks so official!

What trails did your kids start out on. We haven’t done this with our 3 girls yet.. but with the beautiful weather of Fall I’d love to take them out. We’re in OC too. I’d love any tips/locations etc that you can give me! 🙂
