While Grandma was in town a few weeks ago, we experimented with a few fabric flower tutorials we found online. Grandma was thinking about gifts for the granddaughters and I was thinking about gifts for the little girls in the neighborhood. With a bag full of scrap fabric and a box full of beads gifted to us by our bead hobbyist neighbor, we went to work.
The melting technique in this fabric flower tutorial worked amazingly well and the technique for these fabric rosettes was easy enough for even Princess to do. She ended up making a ton as gifts for her friends. Instead of frayed woven fabric, I made my rosettes out of the leftover cashmere sweater ribbing saved from this baby blanket project. I knew there was a reason I kept it all this time!

Hey Jessica, I don’t make anything to sell. I am sure you can find someone on etsy that would love to take on your project.
