My Nuun team’s official start time is 12:30pm Friday afternoon. I’ll be wearing a purple Team Sparkle skirt (because grape nuun is my favorite flavor). I’m hoping my experience at the Over the Hump Moutain Bike races, inhaling dusty air from 500 bikers while climbing steep hills will be enough to get me through the dreaded, gravely, dusty, uphill leg 20 at 3am Saturday morning. We should finish sometime Saturday afternoon.
