Annie was the first musical Princess performed in over 3 years ago. At only 3 years old, Pumpkin watched her practice and learned the songs right alongside. When we found out our new studio had chosen Annie for their Winter Musical, there were literally cheers that erupted through the house. Princess performed “Hard Knock Life” once again with the mature approach of a 9 year old orphan this time instead of a six year old orphan.
Pumpkin was worried she wasn’t going to be an orphan since the “older” girls were orphans performing her most favorite song from the musical, but was relieved when she got to perform “Never Fully Dressed Without a Smile” as an orphan. It quickly became her new most favorite song from the musical.
