If you still have those zucs – you can blanch and freeze zucchini for later use in bread, soups, stir fry, etc. Doesn’t keep the exact same texture, but I’ve been happy with it. More info here
I read a column in the newspaper once, about a community where everyone had vegetable gardens. The author said you didn’t dare leave your car unlocked when you parked on the street because you would find a bag of produce in it.
I have just planted 23 tomato plants (all different varieties) so expect bags of tomatoes later on this summer.
