9 children under the age of 6, 72 sparklers, and only 3 first-degree burns.We had a fun Fourth of July.No, seriously we did. (oh, and WALL*E was really good too.)

Our ambitious plans include eating breakfast in the park, watching a parade, playing at the lake, picnic lunching, BBQ dinnering, and fireworks galore. But with temps breaking the 100’s we’ll probably just end up in the theater with WALL*E. Happy Birthday America!

I mentioned before that I didn’t bring any projects on my trip to UT, but my sis-in-law just happened to mention this collection of unfinished quilt tops made by her great-grandmother.
