Princess,
Six years ago today, your dad and I hopped into a cab and said, “To the hospital! And quick!”. I think the driver was extremely nervous that you would be born in his backseat, but we made it through the NYC crosstown lunch traffic in plenty of time.
You were a beauty from the moment your were born , but even more important, you have always been such a sweet and thoughtful little person. Thank you for making my transition into motherhood as easy as it could be. And thank you for telling me the cupcakes I made for your class today look “just great!” because I was so worried I was going to burn them and I wanted them to be just perfect for your special day.
