One of the best things about having a Woodland Fairy Party in the backyard is that not many decorations are needed.
At the local thrift store, I picked up over 15 baskets to hold the food and fairy village building supplies. Ranging in price from .25-$1.00, the entire collection was less than $10.
The tables were covered with floral sheets from my (too large) thrifted sheet collection. And see those wood bowls, I just happened to find the huge wood bowl with 4 matching smaller bowls at the thrift store the morning of the party for $4! Lucky.
A few pots of fresh flowers came from our local farm supply. Their little starter plants are literally a steal compared to other nurseries or Home Depot.
And finally, we turned the orange tree that sits in the middle of our yard into a magical fairy tree with giant tissue paper flowers and tiny white lights.

Really, that is one of the most enchanting party ideas I have ever seen. I want to be a child again and have this party!
