I made this little earflap hat the night before the Supercross race so the baby would have something to keep his earplugs in and give him one more layer of noise protection.
Pattern: Speed Hook Earflap Hat.
Yarn: Lion Brand Hometown USA in Santa Fe Tweed
Hook: L (8.00mm)
Changes: I started with a chain of 30 to get the hat the right circumference for the baby’s head. I also took out rows 6-8 because the hat was turning out too tall. Also added the pom pom.

Just too cute! Or maybe it’s just that cute baby that makes it seem that way.
Way too cute and a great idea. I need one of these for those really noisy playdates!

I can’t believe how tiny he is and now he can sit up in the bumbo. Too precious!

He can sit for about 30 seconds in the Bumbo. He’s still not quite strong enough.
Hello,
I am following the pattern from Lion Brand and I’m having difficulty understanding it…I was wondering if you could help!
At “Row 2: Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, (ch 1, sk 1 sc, sc in next sc) across – 16 (18, 20) ch-1 sp.” So, after I’ve done 33 sc in each chain across, Row 2 calls to Ch 1 and then turn my work and sc in the first sc. But where it says, “across – 16 ch-1 sp.” does that mean to continue 16 more sc? and then ch-1?
Then on Row 3, it says to “Ch 1, turn, sc in first sc, (ch 1, sk ch-1 sp, sc in next sc) across.” does that mean to continue with another ch (so I would essentially have 2 chains together because of the last ch-1 in Row 2)? And then turn my work and sc in the first sc…across? So, I would only have 1 sc in that row?
And Rows 4-8 says to do the same as Row 3. So I’ll only have 1 sc in Rows 4-8??
Thank you for your help!
In certain conditions and configurations, the
geothermal system can be used to (to control and optimise) ground temperatures artificially, in
order to be used as heat or cold storage ‘ UTES (Underground Thermal Energy Storage).
It is implemented in process and cooling water filtration.
The cooler keeps its control panels neat and protected with a knockout hole.
