Another birthday and another great little money cuff made from the tutorial at A Lemon Squeezy Home. This one was made from thrifted sheet scraps and a cool, old, green metal zipper. And since our little friend was turning 6, the money cuff came pre-stuffed with $6.

I want one. I turn 47 on my next birthday. 😉
Cuter than cute! What a trendy and proactive way to solve the lost lunch money problem. I bet all the kids in the class will be wanting one!
Sweet and useful gift. I need to know more about the crocheted piece on the ribbed tee in the picture. How did you attach it and allow for the stretch of the rib knit and avoid unraveling at the neckline? I love old linens and refashions myself. I enjoy your creations and use them often for inspiration. Keep up the good work. Thanks for sharing.

Here is a link to the shirt: http://thismamamakesstuff.com/2010/10/making-stuff-a-shirt-to-match-her-glasses/
I used the doily uncut so there was no worry about unraveling.
This is awesome. I wish I could sew. I’d make one for myself for festivals and such.
