I’m not a huge baker, but these Caramel Stuffed Apple Cider Cookies were just too good not to bake with the kids and share with our friends.

Note: we substituted brown sugar for the white sugar (since we were out of the latter) and they turned out great and delicious, although I am sure it changed the flavor a bit.
