Chelsey brought over some fabulous cookies on one of our crafting nights. I didn’t even touch them that night, but the next morning as I rushed out the door, tummy a-rumbling, there they were, begging to be eaten for breakfast. I called her immediately. These were the best cookies I have eaten in a long time and I don’t really like cookies or chocolate. The recipe was from a friend and didn’t have a name. I like to call them Little Chocolate Clouds. Once you make them, you’ll know why.
Soften and beat together:
1 pkg cream cheese
1 stick butter
Add:
1 egg
1 t vanilla
Mix in:
1 dark chocolate cake mix
Chill.
Roll into balls.
Roll balls into powdered sugar.
Bake for 7-9 minutes.
Cool and enjoy.

i can taste these clouds from just reading the recipe. i bet they are de-lish!
They look like the “chocolate crinkle” cookies from our local bakery, Wheatberries. If they truly are, yum! One of their best cookies.
I am excited to make these.
Ha ha. I laughed the minute I saw the picture! Love the name you came up with!
I am totally making these next week (doing a juice fast for the next little while). These look divine…
I’m gonna make these too! Yum.
